We appreciate you considering a purchase from Lad Decker’s studio. In the unlikely event you make a purchase through our secure checkout and receive an item that is significantly not as described or has been damaged in transit, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know there is a problem, and we will work with you to reach the best possible resolution, whether that be arranging a return, a full refund, or a repair with a trusted restorer.

Introduction

The following Purchase and Shipping Policy (“Purchase and Shipping”) govern your purchases from Lad Decker and through this Website of Lad Decker studio (“Lad Decker,” “us,” and “we”). By using the Website, you accept and agree to these Purchase and Shipping, Terms and Conditions and the Lad Decker Privacy Policy. We may revise the Purchase and Shipping at any time, without notice to you, such changes to be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. If you do not agree to the Purchase and Shipping, you are not granted permission to access or use this Website and must exit immediately.

Where do you deliver?

We ship worldwide. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you would like to confirm that we ship to a certain location, please contact us at hello@laddecker.com. 

How much does it cost to ship?

Due to varying size and weight, each item will display its own shipping costs. If multiple items are purchased, the shipping costs will be added together for the total amount. At this time, all shipping costs are displayed as a flat rate in order to ease purchase. These rates are listed as within the United States and North America, or Rest of World.

How do I arrange for an exchange or refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your goods within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact us immediately to arrange for return at hello@laddecker.com. Please return the item(s) in the shortest possible timeframe in the original packing materials, along with your receipt. In some cases you may be able to exchange for an equivalent artwork if available.

Will I need to pay import duties?

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the United States of America, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. Lad Decker has no control over these.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.

Is VAT included?

VAT is not included in the price of any item on the website. Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out.

How soon can I expect my order?

Delivery of online orders largely depend on the location of the intended delivery. Orders are dispatched from Seattle, Washington each week via UPS service, unless a different shipper has been arranged with the purchaser. Upon purchase Lad Decker studio will confirm the estimated delivery date and tracking information.
